Internships and dissertations: an opportunity to gain experience and put theory to the test.
Internships are a natural opportunity to put theory to the test and to gain experience at a social and human level. As an important part of our students’ development, internships may take a variety of forms, encouraging a human resources approach in constant evolution.
The IESEG programme is punctuated by four internships that introduce students to the workplace: “worker” and “sales” internships develop their understanding of human relations, as well as the sales process. “Operational” and “management” internships develop their analytical and research skills, as well as their capacity to take-on responsibilities.
The final year dissertation concludes five years of practical and theoretical training: its aims at developing students’ analytical, research, organisational and presentation skills, while involved in real business situations.
