Executive internship
IESEG School of Management is deeply committed to providing educational excellence. Thus, our MIB students not only study the latest theories in their chosen field, but they also undergo a real-life executive training period for a minimum of 2 months in the company of their choice.
During this period, they will be able to connect the theories of management to hands-on experience and test the cross-cultural skills they will have developed at IESEG School of Management.
IESEG has a full team dedicated to developing relationships with private corporations and to assisting MIB students with their internship needs.

Paul Shiv SPAAK - Product Market Analyst - Thales Optronics
I decided to join the MIB program in order to open-up my career perspectives. I had previously graduated in International Relations and had some experience in the field of politics. I was now aiming to qualify for a high standard professional post in the private sector. Although my knowledge of Marketing and International Business was limited, this well-balanced MIB program gave me the tools and skills necessary to be swiftly operational in demanding and complex international organizations. There is no doubt that what I have learnt during this intensive business program has been extremely beneficial to quickly adapt to my new post as a Product Market Analyst, for Thales Optronics. Furthermore, learning in a small group environment with students coming from many different continents helped create an incredible and unique atmosphere. I had high expectations when I arrived. Today, I look back at this whole experience and can say without any hesitation that this past year was as a delightful one, on both an academic and human perspective.
