Why choose the MIB ?
What do some of our former and current students think about the MIB ?
Gonzalo FERNANDEZ DEL CASTILLO GARCIA Business Development Manager for Latin America - Apple

I decided to become a member of the IESEG’s MIB program because I was looking for an international business oriented program that truly challenged my personal and intellectual skills when having the opportunity to develop teamwork with people from all around the world. The MIB program has provided me the necessary tools to reinforce my intercultural management skills in an efficient manner and has become a great investment improving my academic background that has driven me to further develop my professional career. The most valuable asset of the program is its strong intercultural teamwork orientation that has provided me with a global mindset and helped me to develop stronger adaptation skills in order to lead intercultural integrated teams in my job today. Living in Lille is one of the best experiences I have ever had due to its charming environment and student lifestyle orientation becoming one of my favorites cities in Europe. I strongly recommend that you take up this challenge at IESEG.
Lisbeth CACERES Management Controller in Manufacturing Industry (Latin America) - L'ORÉAL
The MIB Program represented a key step in pushing my career on to the next level. To begin with, it gave me a rich interaction with students and professors from different backgrounds and nationalities. Secondly, the Masters is a very well-structured program with flexibility to customize it according to your interests. Finally, Lille is very close to a wide variety of destinations at attractive prices. To sum up this experience in a few words: dynamic learning, diversity and excellence.
Carlos HIDALGO Consultant, adviser - CORPEI (Corporation of Promotion for Exports of Ecuador)

The reason I chose the MIB program was the possibility of learning International Business in a prestigious School of Management within the Catholic University of Lille. Moreover the program is completely taught in English, it helped my decision to study in France as my French wasn't so good then. The MIB staff really went far beyond my expectations; they were extremely helpful from my very first day at IÉSEG until now. I am very grateful for all their support. All the courses were excellent. Teachers use a perfect combination of practice and theory for their classes. I enjoyed learning so many useful things in such a great environment. Besides studying, I had a lot of fun in Lille; I met so many friends who I still keep in touch with. I had the opportunity of visiting many beautiful places and I learned a lot about different cultures and traditions as Lille is close to many capitals of Europe. I strongly recommend the MIB program at IÉSEG for all dynamic and smart people who want to have great experiences and learn International Business at a TOP Business School in Europe.
Paul Shiv SPAAK Product Market Analyst - Thales Optronics (Glasgow, UK)
I decided to join the MIB program in order to open-up my career perspectives. I had previously graduated in International Relations and had some experience in the field of politics. I was now aiming to qualify for a high standard professional post in the private sector. Although my knowledge of Marketing and International Business was limited, this well-balanced MIB program gave me the tools and skills necessary to be swiftly operational in demanding and complex international organizations. There is no doubt that what I have learnt during this intensive business program has been extremely beneficial to quickly adapt to my new post as a Product Market Analyst, for Thales Optronics. Furthermore, learning in a group environment with students coming from many different continents helped create an incredible and unique atmosphere. I had high expectations when I arrived. Today, I look back at this whole experience and can say without any hesitation that this past year was as a delightful one, on both an academic and human perspective.
Dricus DE ROOIJ Service Segment Manager (Education Services Department) - Hewlett Packard

Having started my professional career recently at Hewlett Packard in Brussels, I look back at a great year of MIB classes at the IÉSEG School of Management in Lille. The MIB programme was interesting for several reasons. First of all, I enjoyed working closely with a group of fellow students from all over Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa. It’s the perfect environment to practice all major languages. The student’s various nationalities and study backgrounds produced valuable perspectives during every course. Secondly, the professors from around the world are highly skilled and bring a lot of personal experience into their teaching. An important reason why I initially chose the MIB programme is that a working experience is part of the Master’s degree. Students can decide to do an internship, but instead it is also possible to start your professional career immediately after you finish your courses. This is perfect if you are willing to start your professional career and immediately want to put theory into practice. The MIB programme is intensive and I enjoyed the specialized « à la carte » courses, such as ‘International Distribution & Retailing’ and ‘International Project Management’. Finally the programme takes only one year, which is great if you want to earn a professional and internationally recognized degree in a short period of time.
Whitney DOUGLAS Account Representative - Pyramex Safety Products (Memphis, Tennessee)

I decided to take part in the MIB program at IÉSEG because it was a one year program as opposed to two years at most universities. In addition, I would be fully immersed in a foreign culture. I have benefited from doing my MIB at IÉSEG by qualifying for a great job. I now have a much better understanding of the global marketplace. By having so many cultures represented in my classes, I experienced things that cannot be learned from books. I gained the most enjoyment and valuable information from Intercultural Management and International Marketing because of the unique experiences the teachers and students brought into the discussions. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone looking to study International Business. If I had participated in a similar program in my home country, I would have had neither the opportunity to learn firsthand about so many other cultures nor would I have been able to learn from such a diverse group of knowledgeable professors. Lille is a great city for such a program because of its easy accessibility to Paris, London, and Benelux. There is a multitude of activities for free time with the market and shops, the museums and parks.
